 Our half day special gives you access to our banquet room for half a day (6 consecutive hours) *Note* The hours that you have it rented for are the actual times you will have access to the room. Access to the banquet room from 9am to 11pm

 This package includes access to the venue for the rehearsal and set up Friday from 10am to 10pm and Saturday from 8am to 11pm. 

$3000 Excluding Legacy Room  *by excluding this room, it may be rented for a smaller event before or day of your event.

 Have your ceremony at Forest Hill Park's chapel and your reception at Cherokee Pine's banquet room. This package includes access to Forest Hill Park starting at 8am on Friday and ending at 11pm on Saturday and Cherokee Pines on Friday from 10am to 8pm at and Saturday from 8am to 11pm. You will receive access to the entire park area and the entire venue at Cherokee Pines.

$3200 Excluding Legacy Room  *by excluding this room, it may be rented for a smaller event before or day of your event.

 Includes exterior grounds behind the building for one day (9 am to 11 pm). Restroom access available. Tables and chairs are included as available. 

 This is perfect for a small wedding with beautiful outdoor scenery.  Restroom access available. You must account for set up and clean up times in the hours your reserve.

 For small meetings or parties (266 square foot room, 16 person occupancy). Can be added on to existing packages above for the discounted rate of $125.

 A small caters kitchen is included in all banquet room rentals. If you or your cater needs a larger space to work with commercial grade appliances, this option can be added on to a package.
